1- IT TOOK THE TOW CAR COMPANY 2 1/2 HOURS TO REACH ME AT 48TH ST & 1ST AVE. I recently purchased a new 2011 335i X-Drive from Rallye BMW. My experience prior to this purchase was only with Rallye's service Dept. I had purchased a BMW from another dealer and found Rallye to have incredible service. This is my second car from Rallye BMW. After the first, I wasn't sure I'd go back, but working with Nick Soldo this time was the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had (and I do one every three years). I couldn't get any other dealers to match the price from Rallye. Nick and the whole deal / pick up experience were superb. This is my second purchase with this dealer and with this CA. This is the place to go for a good deal. As for service I have always been satisfied and a loaner car has always been given when required. A plus if you live nearby is that the give a free car wash once a week.
The process of buying my first BMW after 27 years of Caravans and Jeeps was absolutely flawless, from the presentation made by Rich DeAngelo, to the picking up of a beautiful 328i X drive on March 16th. I just moved out from NYC with my family and this was my first Rallye purchase- definitely not my last!! From the moment we walked into the showroom and each visit or telephone call thereafter we have never experienced a level of professionalism and ease of transaction that Nicholas Soldo and his team showed us. I picked up a 2011 BMW X5 in December. Shortly after picking it up I felt the car was pulling to the right. This was our 4th BMW from Rallye (all leases) between my wife and I over the past few years. This is the 3rd time I picked up a new car and it pulled a bit to the right. One of the folks there, in the past, explained, it could happen as a result of the delivery to the dealer. The first two times it happened we brought the car in right away and they took car eof it. Dennis has been my advisor for the last three times I have gone for servicing and he has been nothing but professional and helpful. Every complaint I had was fully satisfied in a timely manner.
