Dennis in service department is highly experienced and very helpful. He knows everything about the service and get things done quickly without wasting time. I would like to keep him as my main contact. He has always helped me in easy uderstanding of the problem with the vehicle. Good Luck!!

my first visit to Rallye bmw was the best experience ive ever had a a dealership. i usually to hassle bmw and i cant believe that i didnt try Rallye BMW before hand. Even though i had never been there before and i didnt know anyone at this venue,i felt right at home. i had my car towed in for engine problems so i wasnt even there when it was dropped off. Love her!!!! Nice to work, Great follow-up!!! Takes care my two cars!! I have purchase two cars from Rallye BMW one pre-own certifed 2006 325i for one of my Kids, its always serviced at Rallye never a problem!! My second BMW is 2010 335i with M Package fully loaded that treated liked my 3rd child by myself and Rallye Service Team and Headed by my Service Adviser Carol!!!! Love this PLACE!! We went to Rally and were introduced to Brian Cano. Our experience with Brian and all other staff was just excellent. Everyone was very eager to help with any questions we had. We did buy a 528i and have been very satisfied. All the other staff members we met with were very friendly and the experience we had at Rally was a pleasure.

This is my 3rd BMW & each was leased from Rallye BMW because of their competence and their professional, yet friendly environment. There is no place else for me and for my Beamers. Anypne I know who is interested in buying / leasing, I send them to Rallye BMW because they look out for what you need - even when you didn't know you needed it. Anyone needing servicing, I send them to Rallye. It's a family and that makes all the difference!

I had a very good experience in dealing with Rallye BMW. The service manager Matthew Carlson was wonderful, he kept me informed daily on the progress of the service that I was having done. I recommend this dealership highly Thank you Lucille Bertolino

I had a shattered back window. They said they will investigate it and let me know the reason for shattering. They said cold wheather and snow could be the reason for it. Dennis Deljanin (service adviser) call me the same day and let me know Rally will replace the window and cover the cost. I was so happy to hear that. The next day they replace the window. I am very appreciative of what Rallye BMW has done for me and I can strongly recommend their service for other BMW owners.

I have always been accomodated in the most courteous and professional manner with routine and "urgent" needs regarding my 2006 525XI BMW. The recent service involved a "cleansing" of the interior and ventilation systems of my automobile. I requested these services due to - what I thought - were the causes of allergic reaction during my driving.

I have given Rallye BMW a GREAT review because of the excellent treatment I was given during a recent repair of my 2002 BMW 745LI. A major repair had been done by this dealership to my BMW 745LI about 6 months earlier resulting in replacement of the valley pan. This required the disassembling and reassembling of a substantial part of the engine and its components.
