when you meet the customer with a smile its already certain you will be serviced the right way. The waiting was as promised and the car was even washed. She promised to check the heating system next time because i could not wait all day this time. the waiting room with coffee available was also a pleasure especially in the morning.
Arrived at 2:30 PM on Friday without an appointment. Had car inspected, washed, windshield wipers replaced and all fluids topped off in 1 hour! Rallye BMW service makes you feel "important". This is a true luxury car experience. Recommend Rallye.
Nick is the greatest guy around. I've bought many cars, but the experience with Nick at Rallye is by far the best. Not only was the Nick great, but the delivery specialist was awesome. Friendly, funny and personable. The service department, especially Matt Carlson is awesome too.
Very happy with this dealership and the people. Everyone is very friendly and treats you like a person. I have dealt with Habberstad dealership in Huntington. That dealership is horrible. Rallye works with you to help you get what you want. Everyone was able to answer my questions.
Excellent, convenient service department where you drive into the garage are greeted by the prep team and escorted to the service advisor. All service done efficiently while waiting in the cafeteria/lounge. Plenty of space to work, make phone calls, read or just watch tv. The car was returned to me washed and vacuumed. Very happy with the service at Rallye.
I had a problem with one of my headlights---a trouble message was appearing in the car for a few days prior to me calling. I called David and he said to bring in the car the next day---which I did. He was waiting for me at 7:00 in the morning. He told me it would be about 45 minutes and would I like to wait---which I did. Almost to the minute the car was completed. Had to bring the car in for service and a inspection. David was friendly,quick and efficient. I was in and out within the hour. I had very good experiences at Rallye and have been a long time customer. I have had several different service advisors over the years and they have all done a very good job. I highly recommend Rallye and the facility is top notch.
Excellent service with utmost courtesy and professional handling of customer concerns with timely updates on progress of the sevice. Friendly staff at the front desk and fully satified with the provision of a loaner car and return policies. Easy approach to handling of phone calls regarding service appointments and flexibility with timings available.
Ann Gang made the initial experience superb.. She made it feel like you had known her for a lifetime- Bert picked up and took on the sale, Everyone is always very busy, but they draw on other to help out. (thus cutting down on your time waiting) Overall the experience was much better than other BMW dealerships and they made the experience very seamless. thank-you
