Although we have long been customers of Rallye, this is our first experience in purchasing a Certified Pre Owned BMW. I can not say enough about Matt in the service department who took great care of us. We felt we were in such good hands, his knowledge of BMW's is superb and he assured us every step of the way and answered every question we had with patience and confidence. Andrew was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He made the car buying process very easy. He knew what he was talking about and had answers to all my questions. He was very personable and smiled, you could tell he enjoys his job. He wasn't pushy about the purchase at all and gave me space which is important. I would return for my next purchase.

I brought my car in for service and was surprised and pleased with how easily it went. There was no charge for my wndshield wipers that had to be replaced due to streaking. They perform the NY State inpection. They called later in the day that my car was ready. It took almost no waiting at all to get my car. My car washed and looked like new!

I came here for my maintenance service as I always do. The are expedient at processing my car thru the system, again as they always are. Matt Carlson, my service advisor is the best. He cares, and that shows in the way he handles his customers. I was in and out in no time at all, and I would recommend Rallye to all. They are the best!

Nick was very attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicles, features and pricing. This is the 3rd car leased through the dealership. The training was very helpful and the service is easier than in the past. They have a pleasant coffee bar area and comfortable areas to lounge while waiting for service

For 2 years while under warranty I went to Bayside dealership where I bought and serviced my car and they told me that there was not problem with the roof.I came to Rallye BMW and you gave me an appointment immediately and fixed the problem in less then an hour.I am very happy and I will recommend Rallye of Westbury to everybody.

What a wonderful experience we had a Rallye BMW. We originally dealt with Ann , who unfortunately became ill, so Alice Baer took over and handled all of the details via phone calls and emails. On the day of delivery Joel Sobin took care of us as if we were family. The car valet, John, explained the vehichle to my wife and I in detail. Joel was very kind and his service was exceptional. I enjoyed my visit at Rallye. All service personnel have been friendly and very accomodating. The wait was relatively short and there were no surprises. Coffee is free and plentiful. Wall Street Journals are provided and other reading materials as well.All my questions and concerns were answered clearly and concisely.

Rallye BMW is truly a class act. Before purchasing our BMW, we visited numerous other BMW dealers in the greater NY metroplitan area, and none approached the helpfulness and overall manner of the sales and service staff. There is no question that we will choose Rallye BMW for all our future servicing and sales needs.
