My tire light went on and I did not have an appointment but drove into the service area and was treated with kindness and respect. I had to pick up my grandson from school and they expedited my service. My tire had a nail and needed to be replaced. They also did the annual service that saved me another trip. I would recommend this dealership the entire staff has been honest and friendly. Excellent satisfaction thank you and keep up the good work Florence Redmond

I love to go Rallye BMW you can go without an appointment it is so convenient every time I go for service I always ask for Dennis he is always so helpful with everything. If you go to Rallye BMW for service I recommend Dennis he is very helpful. I will always buy from Rallye and Service at Rallye

Rallye BMW is the best, and I would never consider going anywhere else. Ryan went out of his way to help me find the right car. He is quick at responding to emails, knows what he is talking about when it comes down to options on a car, and no hesitation in out beating BMW of Oyster Bays price. The sale was easy and quick. Rallye BMW treats their customers with respect and dignity. They are unbeatable.

George Kanes is the person that we have bought all of our BMW"s from. He is honest and thorough. He also is available to answer any of the questions that we have during the purchase and well after the purchase. He is as excited as we are with our new cars. We also deal with David O'Neill in the service department. He does a fine job as well.

I would not consider going anywhere else for a BMW. I was treated with respect and dignity. They helped me find a used M5 and was able to pick it up in a couple of days. I couldn't be happier with the car and service. I was greeted when I walked in, I was shown many options, and the service was fast. It was truly a premium experience. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used or new BMW. They were fantastic. Unbeatable.

The dealership experience was excellent. My vehicle was not only serviced for the initial concern, but the delealership addressed other unforseen requirements as a matter of policy. The people I dealt with were just great. Professional, courteous, and very responsive to every question and need. The facility is terrific and very accomodating for those who wait for their vehicle to be serviced. I could not be happier.

Carol Clark-Muniz is a 5 star employee. Excellent knowledge, efficency and fabulous customer service. Best employee I have ever dealt with in any car dealership. She deserves a raise and promotion if possible. I would recommend her highly to other friends and associates.

I came in with an emergency. My car engine light was on and the car was literally shaking. I drove right to the dealership. This was a Friday at about 3:30. I would expect the service person that helped would not be too happy. However, Brett greeted me with a smile and set me up with a loaner car. I felt well taken care. Brett Hines kept me updated as to the problem and my car was fixed and ready to go within 2 days. Thank you for such good service.

I had a consistently occurring problem with my AC producing warm to hot air in lieu of cold air. Unfortunately it was not easily replicated so the service staff could only resolve the issue(s) in a very methodical, deliberate process. I suppose some of this is due to BMW corporate's reimbursement policies. I think it's finally resolved three trips to Rallye. While I would have preferred a quick "Ah ha! Here's the problem part!" experience, the Rallye team should be complimented for their tenacity and attention to my complain... read more
