I had purchased a 2011 BMW X6 from another dealership, which after 2 months broke down it it took 4 weeks to repair. Rallye took owner ship of the issue as if I had bought the care from them. They made an entirely new car with features and packages I didn't have in the original car all for the same lease price. The staff was so caring they made the ordeal pleasant instead of painful.
Rich Cioffi was very respectful always called me back promptly. I feel he gave me a fair price on my new BMW. The car was ready for pick up when he said, looked beautiful and i could not be happier with my BMW! Thanks Rich, see you in three years for a new one!

I had a good experience, soup to nuts. Everyone I talked to were really attentive and always ready answer any questions. I had been to a lot of dealers, this dealership was one of the very few that actually took and treated me as a serious buyer. Only improvement I can think of would be to have the website tracking of the car contain more detail.
My experience at BMW dealership in Westbury was incredible and I bought my first BMW!! My sales agent went so out of his way for me as I kept changing my mind on what car I wanted whether it was the 3 or 5 series that I wanted. Ryan stayed patient with me and got me into the car at the lowest rock bottom price possible. If it wasn't for Ryan I probably would not have bought the car!
To whom it may concern, I recently brought my 535xi in for service, as my dashboard was all lit up and looked like the tree at Rockefeller Center. I was escorted to the desk of Mr. Kevin Cone who took down some pertinent information. I explained what was wrong with the car. Later that day, he must have called at least 3 times! Great follow up.
