I purchased a 2010 535i from Rallye. This car was a loaner car so technically a used car without a previous owner. BMW gave me good money for my trade in and since they are changing body types in 2011 for the 5 series they discounted the car quite a bit. This along with free car washes from the promotion at the time and "The Ultimate Driving Machine", I am happy just sitting being in the car even if I am stuck in traffic. Everyone there was extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Rallye Motors.
Excellent service, very accomodating and made it very easy to buy a new car. George Javier was very attentive, followed-up with me throughout the process and made the experience a very easy one. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was pleasant and helpful.

the appointment was for service while I wait they told me 1 hr & thats was it. Everyone was nice. All the work was none. The car was cleaned. The waiting area was clean & comfortable. Every employee I can in contact with was friendly & willing to help me with any of my needs.

rallye bmw has provided excellent service to me for years... when i was ready for my new car, they had it ordered so there was no delay between returning my older car and getting the new one. and they made moving my registration/plates over easy. whenever i have service issues, i am always accommodated. terrific dealership. a pleasure to work with.
When purchasing the car I was completely satisfied with the car and everything about it. I recently brought it in for my second service appointment in which things could not have gone smoother. I was a little late in bringing the vehicle in and got no problems whatsoever, received a great loaner and was out within 15 minutes. I came in to purchase a certified pre owned X3. I was able to test drive one right away and was given many options for colors and price ranges. Rallye had one ready for me right away and I couldn't be happier. The service I received was premium and I will be highly recommending this dealership. It was a wonderful experience in an extremely friendly and professional environment.
I have purchased my last 3 cars here and have received nothing but amazing cjustomer service, quality and care. Those times (very few) that I needed my car serviced, the rallye team took great care of my family. I would not recommend going anywhere else on LI.
