"Kyle was more interested in telling me I had to come back..." Kyle was more interested in telling me I had to come back for wiper blades than listening to what I was telling him about. The car needed attention to trim repair which wasn't done so it will now continue to get worse for another few months until I go back (and get the blades I was a few weeks too early to get--really? Its not a Kia). I will ask for another service advisor who doesnt tell me they left a msg (he didn't) and doesn't listen--I have had BMWs since 92... read more

"Chy was waiting for me when I got to Rallye. He took down..." Chy was waiting for me when I got to Rallye. He took down all my info related to the service I was having done. It did not take long for my loaner and I was on my way within 15 minutes. Chy called me within a few hours to let me know when my vehicle would be ready.

"Extremely Unresponsive and Car not Complete" I leased a vehicle with Robert being my sales associate - once the paperwork was signed, Robert Chae was no longer able to be found anywhere. Nobody at the dealership could transfer to him and he hasnt answered any of my emails. "Not liking the arrival inspection process of vehicle AT ALL" I did not like when I arrived with my vehicle for routine service (my car was not recently washed and had plenty of dust) and they went around the entire car taking pictures immediately upon arrival, to only come back to review their findings to tell me that I had scratches on my bumper. "went well until last minute" all was well until the last few minutes for checkout. Vehicle was done, paid bill but I waited for my car an additional 1 hour and 3o seconds before someone realized I paid my bill and I did not received my car
