"First time I've ever bought a car that I had to chase the..." First time I've ever bought a car that I had to chase the salesman. He didn't return calls or emails. A very poor experience. Extremely frustrating. Pick up was a breeze though because a tech genius met me and showed me the car and then walked me to finance guy who was also great to work with. All the salesman did was walk me out after everyone else helped me.

"excellent" The service was excellent However they sent me out with not checking my oil level I was a quart log. NOT GOOD I explicitly told them to check my oil.

"Long wait time" The service department is great however an oil change that I was told would take 1 1/2 hours while I waited, took 4 1/2 hours. Only after waiting 3 1/2 hours I was told I needed a tire replaced as well.

"My recent visit" Although I always very fund of Rallye’ service staff but my recent visit was not satisfactory. My remote key access to my car sometimes malfunctioning and the service staff couldn’t figure out the problem. Please advise! I take this opportunity to wish all Rallye staff happy New Year.

"Efficient " Took 15 mins to drop off car and loaners car. Pick up was 15 mins. Car was washed. Hope there will be no more recalls it’s a pain even if loaners car is offered. Why don’t they do it remotely like those EV.

"Lease end" Extremely dissatisfied with BMW and how ridiculous it is that at every opportunity I had to dish out more money for issues I had no control over. I have had a BMW for many years and this last experience was so poor that I will never go back. I am a Mercedes customer now.
