"Recall computer update " On prior visits the dealership has been great. However, Mr Tibbals must have been having a bad day. His attitude was very dismissive bordering on rude.

"Very dissappointed with the end result. " Paperwork said alll the fluids were checked and topped, but when we traveled out of town the vehicle almost overheated. Chi great I’ve been working with him now for years. My question is if the paperwork says something was it really done?

"Bluetooth conevtivity issue" The new iPhone 11 - phone contacts not sinking with the BMW Bluetooth connection . Apple telling me it’s BMW firmware issue - Need help please advise Apple did trouble shooting in their end and looks like I need help from you guys .. please advise

"Almost, but not quite" Our initial interaction went well. We got to the dealership and the paperwork was almost complete. Robert thoroughly explained the terms of the lease and didn’t lose patience while I tried to get an additional discount through my job. Following up after we got the car home wasn’t as smooth while quite attentive prior to the sale, after was very different. "First Service" Rafael was wonderful and helpful. Sales department was slow to find the IOU for the scratched wheels promised on delivery. This caused for a delay of return of my vehicle.
