"Mixed " My BMW was attended to promptly however, all my settings were changed. The seats, mirrors, and entertainment settings were all changed. I was very unhappy by this unnecessary inconvenience.

"Service advisor " Adam Romano is the best - if not for him, I wouldn’t take the time or trouble to come out to Wesrbury. The service department could improve their rating if they took more care not to get oil and other fluids on the engine so that it always looks grubby and soiled.

"Whirl wind of a service" Brought it in for routine maintenance, seat heater repair, console clip repair and a headlight LED repair. This took well over 2 weeks to correct. The representative was excellent at communicating but it seems like getting the vehicle fixed and corrected was low on the priority. Also, BMW typically will vacuum out the interior and wash exterior prior to returning the car to the owner. "Service" I have always found Chy and the entire service department extremely professional and knowledgeable. They have always handled any issues and been honest and fair.

" And expensive experience ." On March 27, 2019 I went to this dealership to have a new battery installed in my car I would love for anyone of you to explain to me how installing a battery in my car cost me $557 it’s beyond me please explain this ridiculous charge .

"unhappy for the first time after many years" i called last week, spoke to your service dept and was told my message would be relayed to the manager and i would receive a call back. nothing. i complained about the replacement key charge. i was told when i dropped the car off that it costs about $300 to replace a key. i was not told $96 to program the key. it that something i could have done with an explanation? but to charge to replace the actual key within the key; $91. that is taking not right. when i asked to replace my l... read more

"A water Leak on the driver side floor." Found the leak! A twisted drain from the sun roof. I think twenty five words is far too many words to DEMAND in a review,

"Break Service" The issue has not been resolved yet. At the headquarters there is a screaming sound on the BMW brakes. But if not all BMWs have a problem, then the braking system in my car would have defected.
