" Why I do business with rally BMW. " When I go to Rallye BMW for sales or service I feel very comfortable. They go the extra mile to treat their customers like family. This is why I left another BMW dealership to do business with rally.

"New to Rallye BMW" I have been a customer of Oyster Bay BMW for over 6 years. Their service is now so terrible and the overall running of the dealership is so poor that I took a chance and contacted Christopher Blanco at Rallye BMW and told him about my experience at Oyster Bay. "Not 100% satisfied with my most recent servicw" Not happy with the most recent service aNd was not properly informed with regards to what my car will get in terms of service, did not check my tire preasure, did not properly clean the interior, did not change my wiper blades. ur service adviser needs more training and has to go above and beyond to be recognized

"Nice until you sign on the dotted line. " At first Robert Chae seemed very nice but he quickly turned into a cheap salesman the min we signed on the dotted line. He did not stay for us to look over the vehicle when we purchased it. I ended up seeing several scratches and my car was not detailed properly. When I called him and told him he said well that’s a service issue like it wasn’t his problem. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. "Rallye Experience" was in the market for a BMW and went to a few dealers in the area to start my search. The first dealer I went to in Bayside, the sales people seemed like they couldn't be bothered. Needless to say I wasted two hours of my time that I will never get back. They were very unprofessional. Second dealer I went to, was much further out from where I currently live. They certainly where no "Competition" as the name states. "328 brakes fixed" Finally, after three tries, the brake problem has been resolved. Took the car to Rally to check the brakes when they were applied, the car was shimmering. Had to replace the front rotors.

" the better option" they are still the better option, but no happy they did not fix my radio or install a new one. The 3rd time I bought my car in for this problem. It was a complete waste of my time.
