"the broken AC was not fixed the first visit" The air conditioner was not working and the car was returned to me without having checked if there was a leak and when I brought it back the 2nd time sure enough there was a leak. It should have been checked and fixed the first visit
"Leasing BMW X1" I was going to buy a different brand vehicle after leasing 3 BMW'S since I had retired. After looking at 4 other dealers, I went back to this dealership and was given such an amazing deal on the X1 that I love, that I couldn't refuse.A Honda, Nissan, Acura, Toyota would have cost me more for less quality and less included maintenance. Dominick DeChiara is by far the best salesman there.

"Paid for 1 year spa sevice" Spa service is not worth 169.00-I could paid 40.00 at local car wash and receive better service-also mats had too much armor oil-very slippery-also had an accident-will not get that service again
"Dent Dr" Brought my car in Monday to have all my rims resurfaced under my warranty, Adam Romano was excellent in the whole process, picked my car up on wed and during inspection with Adam we found 3 rims that were still terrible, looked like touch up paint was used. Adam was very upset and had the manager co.e see me and apologize, said they would redo all my rims again. "Service" A little disappointed picked up car and the problem came back when I was pulling out of bmw found out that it was never fixed. They apologized and realized they had to order the part.
"Amazing experience" I had a wonderful experience at this location I've been to different BMW dealership like the one in Suffolk County and I had a horrible experience no attention given to me by personnel so sad....

"Treats me like a King" Walking in my first time to purchase a Five Series, to seeing my name on the directory when I pull in for sevice, to the service and sales staff that feel like old friends, Rallye does top-shelf dealer experience right. "The dealership is fine. I had issues with Service" I am pleased with the sales staff and the dealership in general. The counter staff in Service are not familiar with their cars!. My wife made an appointment to have the rear Cross Traffic Alert checked. When she arrived, the staff said that there is no such thing: "it doesn't exist" and sent her off. Humiliating and insulting, because the car definitely has Cross Traffic Alert. I still gave 5 stars because I emailed the Service manager and he called to personally apologize.... read more
