I brought my 6 month old truck into service because the air conditioning system did not feel like it was operating at full capacity. I have an x3 and my husband has an x5 and there is a major difference between our two cars. My x3 does not seem to cool the car as powerful or efficiently as our x5. I called to schedule an appointment for a 2016 X4. The back passenger window is defective after 6 months. At first the service rep was polite and helpful. I told her that we didn't buy the car there, but would like to have it serviced there. She put me on hold and suddenly came on the line and said that her manager (Matt) told her they had no more room to service any more 2016 cars- that they were at their max capacity for 2016 models. I wouldn't take a car from this dealership if it was for free! Typical, lying arrogant salespeople..I've had MANY BMW's and there's a reason why not one has come from Rallye. I highly advise anyone looking to save the time and hassle and go elsewhere.
Gave my car in for service not only did they not fix the problem with the car they charged me 200 dollars without telling me it was covered under warranty which I was okay with as long as they fixed the car. Before I could leave with my car they stole my keychain which cost 250 bucks. When I made their management aware of this all they said was you should have removed the keychain we are not responsible for your property which makes no sense I can understand items inside the car but a keychain. Very expensive but very good work I checked with Google and this repair should cost me$ 500 to $800 not $1600. I did approve the higher cost.
After receiving very awful unprofessional service from another LI BMW service center, I can truly say the service offered at this facility is top notch!!!
the cars are greats.. the dealership is nice.. and some of the mechanics actually are better than the most other competitors, but once you know if the customer has a lease to return with over miles, they don't both work with you saying the over-mile cars are not subject to any of the dealer-discretionary programs.. they nit pick every xxxx things ... i'm now considering just returning the car early and pay for the remaining months just so that i can be done with this dealer..
This dealership sell certified lemons. A number of their vehicles have serious issues in particular with the engines and they certify them anyway knowing you'll literally live in the service department. They'll tell you, "at least it's covered under warranty."
THEY OWE ME FROM A CANCELLATION FOR WHEEL & TIRE DAMAGE. THE AGREEMENT WAS CANCEL IN AUGUST 6 2015 THE BALANCE DO ME IS $1450.63 THEY HAVE NOT PAID AS OF TODAY AND WENT I CALL THEM THEY PUT ME OFF FROM THE SALESMAN TO THE FINANCE OFFICE . SO THERE RATING WITH ME SUCKS
