My initial experience was good but as I went to pick up my car it was all down hill. I was hounded by my salesman to get my insurance in acting like it was my fault and called repeatedly at work. They abused my trade in Porsche right infront of my which really makes me not want to service my car there again. I have never encountered such rudeness in a service industry. From the moment the receptionist Tiffany answered I got an attitude. We are new to the area and long time BMW drivers, and when they found we had not bought our car from them and they couldn't "find us in the system" they were not interested in servicing our car in an emergency. Had an appointment with Peter Diaz. Was instructed to ask for Kareem Holman, but when I arrived on time nobody seemed to know what to do with me. The receptionist kept questioning if Peter had "aksed" (asked or "aksed" - whatever is the proper term), for Kareem Homan. I don't think I should have been made to feel like I was unexpected. I was told they were the best dealer in the area, but I have never had a worse car buying experience. My salesperson was very quick to make a deal and take my money. Once he had his deposit, it was all down hill... Its been two months now, and we still dont have the paperwork to register vehicle. After many attempts to contact mr wagner....he doesn't return calls. Although the last thing he stated....you need anything at all....just call. In my book....he's polished on the outside...but when it comes to the real person....lets face it. he is there to sell cars.
I called to service my two month old 75k car and I was told I couldn't bring my car there for service because I didn't purchase the vehicle from them???..That tells me a lot.. They don't want my business!!
I will start off by saying that Rallye has a beautiful showroom and has a very convenient location but I honestly had such a terrible experience I wouldn't go back to them for sure. I set the appointment to come back a second time after seeing a vehicle that I was interested in. In 01/14 I purchased a Certified 2011 750 LIX. This car immediately spent almost 3 weeks in the service department all for things that should have been repaired during the CPO and prior to delivery. My car did not meet BMW’s standards and should have never been Certified. When the car was delivered it was far from being certified. I called the salesman on my way home to state that car was shaking when driven over 55 MPH. It took Brian a few days to reply.
