I have revised my review of Rallye BMW. When we purchased our 2011 BMW 335I xdrive coupe it had a seat belt issue. The first time in service we were told that the motorized arm was replaced. This did not correct the problem. THe car went back and we were told that the belt was twisted inside the b post and was repaired under warranty. Beware!!! Won't fix damage they caused during maintenance!!!! Even after picture proof. Only offered a discount to fix the damage they caused. Ridiculous!!! Go elsewhere for your needs
First I had a deposit on an x1 with bayside bmw and when I went to pick up the car they tried to charge me extra so I took my business here with no nonsense and they matched the deal for me
**Revised: 3 weeks after we purchased our car, we received a bill in the mail for $1500. Per Ross, we had expected a bill of no more than 3-400 for minor scratches on our car that we were trading in. Had we known we were going to receive a $1500 bill for barely any damages, this would have definitely changed our decision. I used to have a friend, Henry Lou who worked for Rallye forever. I have bought 4 BMWs from him in the past 6 years. Right after he left I went to buy another car and was immediately put off by the sneaky sales tactics. so I drove all the way out to BMW of Bayshore to find Henry who sold me the same car for $10k less! I still had to bring my car to Rallye to get serviced as they are much close to where I live. Big mistake! I am sure they are just wanting me to give them a good review on BMW's survey. whatever, at least there is an internal procedure that keeps all their employees in check and they will try to make things right if one of their employees are no good. Igal called me on Halloween and offered me a special lease deal on a loaner X1 2014 28i xdrive. It had the color that I wanted. The odometer had only about 3000 miles on it. The offer was a 36 month 10k / year lease. I drove there right after work despite the atrocious traffic on the LIE. He patiently showed me the car and gave me a test drive. With absolute truth and certainty, the Rallye experience in my opinion is and has always been the absolute in customer service and satisfaction. For this reason alone, it has always been my premier choice when shopping for a BMW. Rich D'Angelo, and Ryan Schlotter, not only met my expectations, but far exceeded them.
