I was charged for a diagonosis that wasn't necessary. I sent emails to management and my calls or emails were never answered by management to resolve my issues. I was also given an estimate of $2500 to reseal and unclog my sunroof.

I hear and read good things about this dealership but they don't seem to want to sell or make deals. Funny I thought car dealerships are suppose to sell you cars. Came in to look at a CPO BMW, took a test drive, then time to make a deal or so I thought. I gave a reasonable number he came down a bit but then I hit a brick wall, he said I can't go any lower. Twice took my car for a recall and service.Told Oneill both times that brakes made screeching noise.Both times he declined to acknowledge that the problem even existed.Meanwhile the brakes keep screeching al the time

We have leased three previous times from Ralley BMW and we must say the attitude of sales personnel have gone down progressively since our first purchase. Other than the general manager, the sales personnel were cold, withheld important information and was not open to "any" negotiation. On this last purchase, the first salesman was so arrogant and phony that we had to ask for another sales man. Only because we like the BMW did we remain at this particular Ralley. The battery in my wireless key starter was dead, and I wanted them to replace it because my car was under warranty. I first went to the service center in the back before I brought my car in because it was something that I thought would take almost no time, and they told me the battery was $13! The battery could be purchased across the street at Home Depot for $2.97! The dealership was overbooked and I had to wait 2 hours for service. I had an 11:30 appointment and my car didn't get logged in for service until 11:45. I will never get a Saturday appointment again. Wait time was unacceptable.

I went to ralleye, after going to Hassel Bmw as it seems no one can tell me the reason why my brand new 550i xdrive which has 6700 miles on it that I had to add oil at least four times, each rep I dealt with gave me one excuse after another, the latest being that the car was checked and there are no leaks, and it seems that the 550 and 750 have an issue with burning oil and have to be topped off every 1500 miles or so. I have been a very loyal customer and have spent over $4,000 this year on repairs to my car. I have consistently been given a hard time about things that should be routine and friendly. For example, this company is the only place that has been under the hood of my car in the last year and they have done many repairs and services. Recently, I had my BMW X5 flat bedded to this dealer beacause of engine overheating and shut down. A day and $1400.00 later the problem does not seem to have been fixed.Foe $1400.00 waht was fixed was the water pump and flushed the anti-freeze. A day after receiving the truck back, I experienced that the engine was overheating even more, as the air through the vent was HOT. HOTTER than when I would set it at 80 degrees in the winter.
