Good service by Rallye however disappointed by the "tire insurance" company Rallye contracted with. I needed 2 tires both covered by the insurance plan. Rallye informed me that the insurance company can only replace 1 without a visable inspection. It became necessary me me to make an additional appointment to replace the 2nd tire. More importantly I now had to drive with a faulty tire. Can Rallye find an tire insurer that TRUSTS Rallye to make decisions? It's really unbelieveable! They're large enough and should be able too.... read more

Made a scheduled appointment a day prior to appraise my 6-series convertible for trade-in on a new 535xdrive that I also wanted to test drive. As soon as I got there I was not given a welcome feeling most luxury car dealerships take pride in. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I was greeted by a Joel a salesman who hastily ran my 6-series through CarFax and immediately began to express concern over a odometer conflict being reported. His direct response was that there would be no way I would get a fair trade in value for m... read more

I was there on Wed. June 8th 2011. I was told previously that I needed rear brakes and told this to the person handling my car. Everytime I have been there someone always comes to me before any works gets done and explains that yes you need such service and here is why. This time NOTHING and only came to me after the brakes were done. At this point I do not even know if I really needed rear brakes or it was just done for the hell of it. On the receipt is the same basic thing, Customer states needs rear brakes. Again on the r... read more

Around February of this year (2011) I had to bring my BMW 528 Xdrive to Rally BMW due to a battery that was drained due to a parking light that was left on. BMW SOS was notified and they set up a time in which a tow truck will come to help. The tow truck came 3 hours late to the appointed time they had said. When the toe truck driver came, he tried to be helpful as much as possible. He was unable to jumpstart my vehicle with his portable-jumpstarter kit. So I ended up using my SUV truck to jump start my vehicle and I even US... read more

I came in for my door to be repaired and that only. The first service advisor asked if I was interested in the maintenance service. I said no. He asked if I wanted an oil service. I said no. I was only interested in fixing the door. Kevin then called me (a different advisor) at work later in the day to update me on the car. He again brought up the maintenance service. I was not interested. But he pressured me into it, and persuaded me to get it as well as the oil change. I still had 1900 miles to go until the next oil change... read more

I made an appointment to get my tire replaced at this dealer at 1pm the next day. When I showed up, they couldn't find the tire. I waited there for three hours for them to "find" the tire for my car. I have road hazard warranty for my vehicle so this should have been a free replacement. The dealer kept insisting that they would repair the tire if they could not find the right size/model. I said "NO" and insisted on a new tire. The dealer did not offer me a loaner vehicle or an option to leave my car overnight. I waited there... read more

In the beginning of this month, I dropped off my BMW X5 to the Ralley BMW dealer in Westbury,NY because my blue tooth stopped working all of the sudden without any symptons of bad functioning. Two days later advisor Christopher Blanco called me up and tells me that the Blue tooth can not be fixed and the TCU has to be replaced. Cost of this service including parts and labor $ 940.00. I asked him if he was sure and he said that they tried everything and can not even be activated. I told him that I wouldn't fix this problem th... read more

I brought car in for a recall. Car was returned with my phone book dumped from the car's voice activated phone system. I was told by Kevin Park and his "helper" that I put too many names in phone book. Of course this is impossible since phone worked when I brought car in and didn't when I picked it up. This was a stupid, insulting and dishonest response to something that clearly occured while car was in BMW's care. I was also told to "go up and find someone in service to help me" while three apparently useless gentlemen were... read more

The major problem I have had with Ralleye service department is communication - the past 2 service visits for my X5 have had the car remain at the dealer overnight with that information being communicated to me at the very end of the day - this compounded with the fact that when i brought the car in i was told it would be ready that evening makes this very frustrating
