Had to bring in my X-5 due to a noise coming from the rear end. I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance and requested a loaner. I did it 2, yes 2, weeks in advance so I would not have a problem getting a loaner. When I leased the car I was promised that all loaners would be BMW's. That was a selling factor for me because in the past I have leased from Competition Imports and the loaners were not BMW's. I came in for an alignment issue (car had less than 100 miles on it) and came out with a scratch. at 200 miles it was making a strange and loud sound (which they never fixed) and it came out with another scratch. When told about the first scratch, they said I didn't tell them soon enough. On the second visit, I thoroughly inspected the car before leaving and told them about it. My 535i had an engine malfunction problem which made the car barely drivable. When I first drove into the dealership without an appointment no one could help me, also because no loaner was available. But then the appointment I made was advanced, I was given the loaner, Kevin gave me all his attention, kept me updated on the repair (new fuelpump)and got the car ready before the promised ready-date. I came to Rallye BMW for a good price and I must admit they defenitely delivered on that. I was happy with the price I got, but the delays and screw ups that made my entire experience as a whole a miserable one, was absolutely unacceptable. I thought I had finally found the car and put down a deposit but later came to find out that the car went to another dealer and was supposedly sold, not sure how this happened since the deposit was supposed to secure the car. Brought my car in for oil change and engine light on. Also had non working I-drive for a very long time. Couple of hours later recd call needing work on radiator and transmission leak. $2000.00 Picked up car 10 mins later engine light still on. Called service only to be told that Rob is talking to another client and will call back. Left message on voice mail. No call back to date.

My service experience was awful.While making my appointment,I was promised by Moses I would be serviced in 1 to 1 and a half hours, so I decided not to take a loaner and wait.I told him any day was fine.He replied as log as I did not need a car I could come the next day.When I arrived there was no record of my appointment but I could still be serviced in a timely manner,so I decided to stay.After 1 and a half hours I received a call from David O'Neill informing me they still needed 20 more minutes,1 hour later I was finally ... read more

Do yourself a Favor and buy your Next BMW somewhere else! We went in to purchase a 2010 BMW M3 Convertible. The salesperson Ann Gang was horrible! Besides the fact that we made an appointment 4 days in advance before arriving at the dealership, when we arrived at the dealership, there was no record of us having an appointment and Ann was with another customer!! They give you the best prices for leaseing, this is my 5th BMW from Rallye Motors and probably my last. I currently have two BMW's. They are fine for normal maintanence, both absolultly horrible when it comes to repairing a broken item under warranty. I have brought my car in 6 times for the same acceleration problem and they refuse to drive the car further than around the block. My initial experience w/Henry was very good but, once he had me sign the contract, he was difficult to contact & didn't return my calls/emails. Once I had a final date to pick up the car, he was unavailable & left details to another terrible slsman.
