I have just picked up my 5th BMW and have just ordered my 6th BMW from Rallye. The only reason I would recommend Rallye is my loyalty to George Javier who I have dealt with for years. As far as my last few visits for service goes the experience was less then what I had come to expect from Rallye in the past. Now I am not writing this to bash anyone as I am leaving the names out but I have had my 2008 X5 in the service department 3 to 4 times over the past 8 months or so for the basic same reason, noise in the front end. Will still recommend the dealership but wasn't too happy. Being friendly and asking question is good , but when you are taking info to go against me then that's no good. Just cause i declined a loaner and told him i had 2 other vehicle doesn't mean i didn't want my car back in 1 day for a simple annual service, A state inspection and a regulator for my windows. took them 40 hours to get my car back ..(the Next day @ closing):( .. to make matter worst still had to drive back 45 mile just to have services indicator Reset cause... read more

THE WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER! I was serious buyer at the end of my search ready to purchase. After researching for particular vehicle 328xi on internet, I called and confirm the vehicle was available for test drive. Firstly, the address on BMW dealership website lead to an incorrect location. My car was kept at the dealership for over a week. I was repeatedly lied to about a part coming in but in reality while working on the car there was water damage and they were dehumidify it. The day of pick up, the service advisor calls a few hours before and says there is going to be a $540 dollar charge that's not covered under my warranty. If you value honesty and proper service of your car do not bring your car to rallye service dept.

Sales discussion started somewhat tense, but turned out ok. I did not like the statement from the salesman:" If you think you will buy a car here $500 above dealer invoice, it will not happen." If and when I buy another car, if I get that greeting, I will make sure I walk out.

Unfortunately need 3 trips in 2 weeks to fix one problem with fuel pump. Two of the visits required leaving vehicle for multiple days. This should have been resolved in one visit and in one full day. I was told they would look into some type of remuneration. To date no response has been forthcoming.

I purchased a 2011 BMW on July 8, 2010 from Mr. Bill Wagner. On this date we mutually agreed to the signed contract which I was most pleased with. The day before delivery, Mr. Wagner informed me the contract needed to be modified, thereby increasing my monthly payment. This caused me much distress and confusion, and I seriously considered walking away from the deal. i can't remember the name of the sales, but when i went in to get some prices on leasing a X5, after some waiting around, a sales person approached me. so i ask i want to get some pricing on the 2011 X5, he then respond with this " oh you can get our prices on bmwusa.com " are you serious? i thought to my head, was there a " buy " button i can purchase directly from bmwusa.com? thats the dumbest thing i've heard from a car sales person. so we headed to his desk and then he actually proceeded to bmw's website and actually wro... read more

Although I recommended this dealership enthusiastically for Sales I'm afraid, based on my recent experience, I wouldn't recommend that anyone actually buy a car from them because of my recent service experience. I was actually quite surprised at what I found when Rallye's service department displayed an appalling lack of competence. Believing that Rallye would have no problem in diagnosing and correcting a severe engine miss in my 6 month old 550i I brought the car in one morning and explained the issue.
