I can't believe the reviews I've read here. I wanted to have carpeted flooring installed in the common areas of my home, laminate flooring in my office, and ceramic tile in my Florida room. Bob's has wonderful selections for every budget. I'm a guy, so color coordination and style is definitely not my forte. Thrilled with Bob's Carpet Mart! I am thrilled with the carpet I got from Bob's Carpet Mart! It is the nicest carpet I have seen and the price was lower than expected. Plus I like that they don't nickle-and-dime you every step of the way with more and more upgrades- everything was included. The sales guy we worked with- Roger was really nice and didnt high pressure us, he was a big help. I would recommend Bob's Carpet mart to everyone!

I Love the carpet and the great deal we got from Bob's!! The sales guy was so nice and helped us make the right decision on the best carpet for what we needed. I highly recommend Bob's - they are high quality and actually care about taking care of the customer.

Great customer service After searching a few places, I stopped in Bob's Carpet Mart to check out there tiles and it ended up being a great experience. The customer service I received was so helpful. After picking out a few different tiles they brought them to my house so I could see them until my lighting, they measured the place and then the tile was installed over the weekend. It was placed in my kitchen, foyer and 3 bathrooms. I am very happy with there work, I would definitely use them again for any future flooring.

I was extremely happy with the staff at Bobs Carpet Mart in Largo. I consulted with TJ and after discussing my options with him, together we came up with what the best option would be for me and my home. David and Gustavo installed carpet and vinyl throughout and it is all very beautiful. I am sooooo happy with the work these guys did. They both were very professional and hard working. Paid for tile for 2 rooms plus installation. Had the salesman come over to take the measurements. Totally over estimated and I ended up with 5 extra boxes of tile I don't need and they won't take back. In addition, there were hidden charges the salesman didn't inform me of, I had to pay the installers other costs on top of the estimate I was given. Lesson learned: I will take my own measurements. And no I will never use this store again. Poor business to deal with

Sales associate try to rip us off first by charging 1800 then going to 1600, even at 1600 was not correct it should've been 1347.30..she was charging me an extra 54 feet of carpet that I didn't need..my room is 15x18= 270 sq feet times 4.99 a sq foot is 1347.30..steer clear of Theresa in the Brandon store. Or make sure you calculate everything.

The Armstrong product we ordered was very nice. However, the salesperson underestimated the large job we requested. Consequently, the job was not scheduled properly and the workmanship was rushed. We paid over $7000 for flooring that was left with raised seams, bulges and indentations. We would not recommend this company.
