I had my wood flooring for my bedroom installed today. OMG it is beautiful. My installers (Matthew and Anderson) were awesome. They were professional, friendly, funny, and did an excellent job. The product purchased was of high quality as well. I went from an old worn out carpet to the wooden floor. What at different it made it my bedroom. Mike was very helpful in picking out the right flooring for my house. He is always quick to respond to any questions and yesterday when I saw the new floors installed, I was ecstatic! They look beautiful and the installers did the entire house in about six hours. Amazing!

I have had carpet for many years spending a lot of money on steaming cleaning company's with stains that never were completely removed. Be aware that if Bob's does your bathroom, they will uninstall your toilet and then won't reinstall it. You would think after paying $5000 dollars they would at least put back the toilet they unhooked. Having said that, they did an excellent job on the floor. They took the extra time to level the floor, got all the different angles correct, were on time, and courteous. The quarter round and thresholds are perfect. Am extremely pleased with how the floor turned out.
