I can't believe the reviews I've read here. I wanted to have carpeted flooring installed in the common areas of my home, laminate flooring in my office, and ceramic tile in my Florida room. Bob's has wonderful selections for every budget. I'm a guy, so color coordination and style is definitely not my forte. This company is awful. There are gaps all over my floors and elevated laminate where the tile and laminate meet. I'm going to have it re-done by another company. They must be paying the Better Business Bureau good money to have an "A" rating when they have 27!! complaints against them in just 3 years! And in half of those complaints, the customer was not satisfied with Bob's response. I suggest going with another company. Ignore the friendly Bob's Carpet Mart commercials; they're just a gimmick.

I had light colored laminate installed from this store. They installed defective laminate with gray patches and a gray streak in 3 rooms and a hallway. I asked the installer what the gray areas were. He told me that was the way the laminate came to them, that if I wanted light color laminate that I would have to deal with it, and that there was nothing he could do about it.
