And it all began with Bob. The first of twelve children, Bob Butler was born in Virginia. Although his first job was on a farm, Bob proudly served in the United States Air Force before landing in retail. I can't believe the reviews I've read here. I wanted to have carpeted flooring installed in the common areas of my home, laminate flooring in my office, and ceramic tile in my Florida room. Bob's has wonderful selections for every budget. I'm a guy, so color coordination and style is definitely not my forte. Adam treated me with the most exceptional professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy (not to mention patience!) that I've ever received from any flooring vendor I've ever used. Great customer service
After searching a few places, I stopped in Bob's Carpet Mart to check out there tiles and it ended up being a great experience. The customer service I received was so helpful. After picking out a few different tiles they brought them to my house so I could see them until my lighting, they measured the place and then the tile was installed over the weekend. It was placed in my kitchen, foyer and 3 bathrooms. I am very happy with there work, I would definitely use them again for any future flooring.
