Just got off the phone here with GENE who decided that my issue with your flooring (BUBBLING UP AT THE SEAMS) was a moisture issue.. he didn't have time to help me, but vaguely said he would call in several hours, then just cut me off. WOW. DO NOT GET FLOORING HERE! They DO NOT want you to call with warranty issues. His suggestion was to "get someone out there to replace it". UH.. ? OK. You are the installer.. so what?
