Excellent products and service for both hard surface and carpet!
Bob’s is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I ordered the carpet tile for my business and paid in full. Then the day before I was supposed to come and pick up the material I called to check if it was ready because no one ever contacted me for an update on the order. GARY at the largo location tells me he never ordered it because they were out of stock! Yet he didn’t even call me to tell me that or did he try to reach out to me once to let me know. Bad, bad, bad experience with this company. I'd advise not to buy carpet from them. My sister sent me to them and my husband and I had gorgeous, expensive carpeting put into 3 bedrooms in our house. We paid a lot for the carpet because we wanted it to last. Well, the installers of the carpet dont work for Bobs they are contracted out.....our carpet buckled up in not even 2 yrs time.......Bobs didnt offer any help and told us the contractor who did the install was fired. A friend I recommended use Bob's carpet Mart is still trying to get resolution to an issue that occurred during the installation of his carpet. It has been three months, several calls to corporate (none of them have been returned). Really NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE...USE WITH CAUTION. He also had laminate put in at the same time. I have suggested he contact his CC company and charge back the amount. They have sent carpet inspectors and a cleaning company out to try and rectify the situation, not working.
