TJ at Bob's Carpet in Largo, FL was great to work with. He went above and beyond to find the right underlayment to satisfy my condo association. Installation was quick. Will recommend to everyone.
We had a great experience with Bob’s Carpet in Brandon. They have a great selection of high end products. Teresa our sales rep was extremely helpful in our search for the perfect floor. She followed up with us during and after install. Installers did a great job and were finished quicker than expected. The floors look awesome! I highly recommend Bobs Carpet Mart of Brandon.
Ordered stock carpet at the Lakeland FL store almost three weeks ago. Melissa was very helpful however I'm still waiting for the carpet to be delivered. If I had known it would take three weeks to get carpet from Clearwater to Lakeland, I would never had ordered it.
After giving my required deposit... having the store manager confirm that they stand by what they say... calling the night before and confirming that the installers will be there by 9 am. I was told they would be there between 9 and 10 am. At 9:30 THE DAY of the installation; the store manager called to say that when they went to the warehouse the flooring was not there. We selected wood flooring, carpet and porcelain tile for our house. Patrick notified us that the wood flooring and tile were discontinued. Tried to get us to settle on a tile that wasn’t close to what we selected. We did find a new wood flooring. We asked for a refund on the tile on May 15th. Refund paperwork was filled out. On June 10th I called corporate. Patrick never filed the refund request. Belinda issued the check immediately. Kudos, high praise for Belinda. Zero stars for Patrick.
