Great carpet store. Had new carpet made for the boat. Their prices were fair and the service was impeccable. Danny did a fantastic job cutting and binding the carpet from my patterns. Very pleased with the results.
John Stobbe was wonderful and helped find flooring that matched our floors in living room and hallway for our three bedrooms. He came to the house, measured and brought the sample. The following week Wendall, Owen and Jay came to install. They moved our furniture, tore up the carpeting, ( which they take away), filled the holes in the concrete floor from the nails and any flaws, covered with plastic and installed the flooring. Lenny was very personable and helpful. We did not feel pressured to buy nor did we feel that there was an effort to up-sell or bait and switch. Lenny was very upfront and honest and made a major effort to help us find not only the right flooring but the best value. The materials are high quality and the installers that were contracted were professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend Bob’s to anyone who is remodeling or for new construction.
We were redoing our RV carpet. We were able to bring our own carpet and had Danny put the binding edge on it. He did a fantastic job. He made sure we were happy before he loaded the carpet in my truck. Thanks to Danny we have a transformed 5th wheel. I would highly recommend Bob's to anyone. Thank you.
So disappointed! We just had Luxury Vinyl installed in our kitchen, laundry and nook area. I love the flooring (although the installer could've done a better job spacing the pattern out), but the quarter round is atrocious. We have cherry cabinets, and the quarter round is oak. Not even close! I contacted the store...and they really weren't very helpful. We told them we planned to stain the quarter round, but didn't have a nail gun to reinstall it. We asked if they'd be willing to come back and at least reinstall it. ... read more
