I would like to say I had a great experience at Bob's Carpet Flooring. The Store Manager Brandden Lucas was very professional and cared about the product you are going to use for your flooring. I am very pleased with the flooring I received and also the professionalism of the installer Gus did a very good job of putting the flooring in. He cared about his work and made sure everything was done properly. I would say if you want things done the right way choose Bob's Carpet Flooring.
The minute my sister and I walked into Bob's Carpet and Flooring, we were greeted by Brandden. He was friendly yet professional. The entire process went smoothly from choosing laminate to installation for our Mom's living and dining areas. The installers Mercy and Kristin were great! They completed the installation in one day. The laminate looks so much better than the ugly carpet we replaced. Our next project will be to replace the carpet in the bedrooms with laminate as well. Thanks Cherrye
