We had a great experience working with Daniel for our new carpet. Daniel is very knowledgeable about flooring and respectful of the budget. He asked questions to find out what we were looking for instead of trying to sell us on a particular product. It took less than two weeks from the first visit to the store to completed installation. Daniel and the installers made getting new carpet fast and easy. We will be contacting Daniel when it’s time to replace the remaining flooring. Would definitely recommend contacting him... read more

I left a 3 star review which was deleted so trying again. Sales process wih Gerard was smooth. I described my vision, price and quality of products and he quickly provided me with exactly what I wanted. 5 stars for him. 5 stars for carpet installer. He did great. 4 stars for tile installer...he got grout on my doors. 4 stars for laminate installer for all the dings to my week old new paint job on walls and baseboards they did during install. We were truly pleased with the carpet selection and the installation process. Both men were professional, courteous and completed the installation in one day (moving furniture, removing old carpet, and installing new carpet, amazing!) Dana was truly a pleasure to work with. We were disappointed that there was no follow up courteous call to see how everything went, also we requested additional pricing of carpet for our stairs and never received a call back.

Lauren, our sales rep at south Dale mabry store was super knowledgeable a,d customer service oriented. We felt very confident in her promise to deliver and she did! The two individuals who installed our flooring, Sergio and Henry, were awesome. They were organized, prompt, efficient and neat! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Lauren, Sergio and Henry!
