Kate truly outdid herself! She was so friendly, professional, and incredibly talented. My makeup turned out absolutely amazing — I felt so beautiful and received so many compliments throughout the day. I can definitely recommend Kate to anyone looking to get their hair and makeup done for their special day. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable!
Terri is an incredibly talented makeup artist. She created the most beautiful, natural look that made me feel like myself — only elevated. Her kind and calming presence made me feel confident and comfortable all day long. Lovey salon make up girl and the younger hairdresser were so lovely. I booked in for a curl and bridal makeup on fresha. The girl asked me if I wanted a Hollywood curl to which I said yes that would be lovely. I wasn't aware of a increase in price untill got to the till and the older lady I presume the owner decided to charge me another $50 dollars for my curls. I was a little upset about this I was not made aware of the price increase, we were on a tight budget and not anywhere on the fresha site or her own webpage does it... read more
Absolutely fantastic in all ways. Kate was incredible, completely fixing my daughter's long two-toned dyed hair and making it look naturally streaked and beautiful. The atmosphere in the shop was so positive, with other stylists helpfully consulting with Kate on how to fix the coloring. We were there for almost 5 hours (due to multiple color treatments needed to fix all the at-home dye issues, then a wavy blowout and style at the end) and saw all the positive interactions the stylists had with their clients - and the lovely ... read more
I went to Botega to have my hair/makeup done for a "day-after" wedding photoshoot around Banff. While they did not do my hair/makeup for my wedding, I wanted it to be as similar as possible. Kate opened the shop early for me, took one look at my wedding photos and said "yep, I feel confident" and proceeded to do an absolutely perfect job. We were out in the mountains for 12 hours that day, and my hair and makeup held up!!
