We are very happy we found this place! We are living in the mainland right now, and we have been looking for a different LVP for a house, there wasn’t too much of a selection there, so we decided to check here in Hawaii while we’re here visiting, Rick was our sales person, and helped us out so very very much! Made an appointment with Kim Roy to see some LVT flooring. Kim was patient in showing us the different types of LVT and the large range flooring. We’ve been to other stores but working with Kim was by far the most comfortable and informative. We now have the information we need and will be purchasing our flooring from Kim.

Rebecca welcomed us to the store in a very cheerful manner and said goodbye the same way. Carrie helped us get the flooring parts that matched our needs and was also cheerful and friendly. Ty helped get the parts from storage right away and even wrapped the parts up for easy loading and transport. It was altogether a pleasant experience with a lot of aloha! Mahalo!
Outstanding service from Will Call/Pick up desk (Rebecca). She service us with a smile and very helpful. Warehouse guys were great. (Bryce and Ty) Got my floor nicely wrap and loaded on to my truck safely. Individuals were professional and courteous.
