Joel the maintenance man replaced the stove fixed the hydronic heater and replaced the AC unit in less than 2 days. Joel is on top of his game

The maintenance here is absolutely great. The lead man Joel came and fixed our hydronic heater. Fixed the stove and put a brand new A/C unit in ,in Less than 2 days. He was fast and Joel took care of everything we asked..Joel will for sure take care of any problems you have.

I've lived at Aperture 1733 for about 7 years now. I just wanted to comment on the maintenance crew... they're amazing! Mike recently fixed a few things in my apartment and they work perfectly now. He, and Aaron, are professional, friendly, courteous, concerned, efficient, and even great to talk to. They also replaced my fridge FAST and it's SUCH a good fridge. I love it. These guys always go above and beyond!

I've lived in Turntable Studios for over five years now. Mic has made this place feel like home since day one, and Jana is literally the only reason I still live here. She's gone above and beyond to make sure residents absolutely love where we live. And there's a lot to love: amazing community, a stellar pool, a lovely front lawn, and the best views of the city from our penthouse lounge. I love living here.

I have lived at Turntable for about a year and a half now and I love it! The property is well maintained and there are lots of fun amenities. It’s the people that really make it feel like home, though! Jana in the office always has a smile and a friendly word to share. She always goes the extra mile. Mic, our maintenance man, is also just delightful. He’s SO friendly and very prompt!
