Clean and easy to rent Ease of reserving online, and price is awesome!
Flexible, great customer service Was able to coordinate a move originating from out of town easily with the manager. She found a larger unit at a good price when we realize it wouldn't all fit.
Great environment and cleanliness! Pleasant workers. Glad we found this place. Impressed at first sight. This place is well maintenance !
Easy to get set up Easy to get set up and prompt service.
Quick and easy service It was very fast and easy to set up the rental van and storage space was clean
Happy with choice Very easy to schedule on line Very Clean Excellent Customer Servce
Very nice interaction with management. I searched for a couple months to find a suitable, nearby and price appropriate storage facility. Made the right choice here
all around terrific I have three storage spaces in various areas (moving overseas) and found Justin to be helpful, pleasant and efficient. The storage area is perfectly fine, they are all kind of standard, but the ease of making a reservation on line was great, and the customer service excellent.
Quick & Easy The staff are extremely polite and helpful. They patiently answered all of my questions as this is my first time using a storage unit. after comparing several facilities I felt Bowman offered the best competitive price for a 10x15. I actually was able to sign my contract earlier than my move in date without any issues. My one concern is that the gate was open prior to arriving with the move in truck and stayed open. I'd have to follow up with the security policy. So far - I'd recommend to a friend.
