I had a great experience working with Brad at waterstone mortgage. He was knowledgeable, always responsive and very patient with my incessant questioning being a first time home buyer. I actually switched lenders mid way through my home search and went back to Waterstone after a horrible experience with the other lender. Brad was able to come to the rescue and complete my transaction in less than a month!! I highly recommend this company. They're local in DFW and very professional.

BRAD AND HIS TEAM WERE EXCEPTIONAL IN ALL FACETS OF OUR REFINANCE PROCESS. THE FINANCE RATE WAS THE SAME AT CLOSING AS WAS INITIALLY QUOTED. HAVE OWNED NUMEROUS RENTAL HOUSES AND REFINANCED BEFORE. Buying a new home is always scary, especially when you're using the VA loan. VA loans typically take forever to close on + many restrictions and hurdles to jump through to get approved.
