I am a new Patient to Dr. Woelke. He is the closest Dr to me that is in my Insurance Plan. I did a search (I wasn't recomend) and read reviews. I liked the doctor from the minute I met him. There was a little wait (but when you're that patient that needs a bit more time with the doctor, I feel that Dr. Woelke won't rush you and please remember That when you feel your are waiting too long). The staff is polite, helpful and responsive. I am NOT affiliated with the Doctor or the office.
He cares and listens
The Dr.'s are great! The front desk is very rude. Last time I called I spoke with Jennifer and she huffed and puffed the whole time she was looking for an appointment. Very short with me with a bad attitude. I had been sick for over a week, felt horrible. She made me feel I was not important, such an inconvenience. When she found an appointment for me she told me when it was who it was with then practically hung up on me. I have never been treated so unprofessionally at a Dr.'s office.
