I never would have believed that Brady and his team could move so fast. We needed immediate help to make an offer and left a phone message on a Monday night. Brady called us up at 7:30am the next day and by mid-afternoon he had obtained pre-approval for a loan and by 6pm our offer was accepted. But Brady and team are more than fast, they are thorough and guided us through every step of the process. Their communication is excellent. I highly recommend them.
