The appraisal process was a little rough, the last minute declaration that the railing on the stairs to the basement was maybe a problem on a Conventional loan was unnecessary and should never have even come to light. Also, some of the last minute communication with the buyers was incorrect. Giving them instructions to have funds wired to the closing attorney was incorrect and I had to intercept them before they actually did that.
