Brandy was available at every step of the way to answer questions and resolve issues in a timely manner. She took the time to call and explain situations that might have normally started off stressful which calm the situation down for me. Overall the organization service and product offered was customer friendly. Early in the process even the manager called to congratulate my wife and I on our loan approval.
