I represented buyers for their New Keystone build at Cool Springs. Apparently Ms Traber was their loan officer, I believe my buyers were satisfied with her service however she never communicated with me. Throughout the process their was never an outreach to me,

The process was made extremely tedious by repeating requests for same documentation, credit checks and employment verification.... over and over. I’ve bought five other houses, and my credit history is great. Had a job my entire life. Your process is seriously over the top
