I habe been buying flooring here for years. never again. I have a problem with the install and it's been 2-3 months and they will not return my calls to fix it. the first contact I was told a tech would stop by after work but that never happened. I habe left messages and sent text messages to the store manager. phone messages are not returned. text messages are responded to however it's been several weeks and nothing has happened. Will never buy flooring here again.
