We had a wonderful experience with Brewer Carpet One! Nathan and Zack were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. Picking out material, measuring, getting scheduled - all went smoothly. We went with the Fuzion Vinyl Plank flooring, and it couldn’t be easier to care for. I give Brewer a 5 for the tile floor and carpet. The installation was also a 5. The issue I have is one of their cleanup policies. There isn't one! So, I give them a 1. I am a 75-yr old disabled vet, and when I asked about cleanup, was told they do not clean or have a service that does this. It would be my responsibility to get someone in to remove the 1/2 of dust caused by their crew when the demoed my previous ceramic floor which is now all over my house. WOW! I was really surprised. Twice recently we have gone to Brewer’s to look for flooring for a project in another state. In both cases the staff was so nice and helpful even when told we would not be purchasing product from them. Sadly, Dons staff just pointed and went back to their desks. Next time we need flooring we will remember the courtesy extended by Brewers!

Elizabeth is great to work with. Had carpet installed at 2 of my houses and one of them she caught a miscalculation on my part, so installation went perfect. Thanks for the great service. Look forward to the next time.

Fair Pricing, excellent communication, excellent installation. Nathan as the coordinator, Mauricio and his installation crew, and Ron were all experienced and knowledgeable. They were on time and worked efficiently to make extra efforts to do a fantastic job. They all did excellent work installing my new kitchen tile, and I couldn't be happier. I've used Brewer several times before and have always been pleased. I won't go anywhere else.
