I talked to Caroline. She helped me with everything in ordering my carpet. It was the best deal in town and she was very friendly. If I had more rooms I'd hire them again!
It took 4 appointments for brian (Manager) to finally show up at my house to measure for the carpet. It took an additional 7 weeks for brian to order the carpet after I made payment and when the carpet installers showed up they made an attempt to install the new carpet over loose and squeaky staircase boards and upstairs flooring but I made them go back and fix the loose and squeaky boards before they went any further.
