Brian and his team recently helped us close on a vacation home. We were nervous about getting all the required paperwork in on time around the Christmas / New Years holiday schedule but Brian and his team worked very hard and quickly to help us get everything filed on time. After my recent home purchase, Brian is my go to guy for references for all friends and family and for my next home purchase. Brian was extremely professional, prompt, and a great educator about the process.
i bought my house and originally used brian for the loan. since rates have gone down so much i ended up refinancing to make my monthly payment go down. wow the process was so smooth and easy i felt like the whole process was on autopilot and was just done before I knew it!

I was referred to Brian and his team through a close friend in California, even though I live in Florida. Brian was nothing short of amazing.
