It's 1am on Christmas (Eve) and Rudy just left and I have a brand new "ignition thingy" and I have heat and hot water. Two things I did NOT have when I got home from spending a holiday dinner with my family. Rudy was polite, professional, and really amazing at what he does... considering he got woken up to come here. He was my Christmas Savior! Thank you for having amazing employees that care. Keep up the good work Mark!

Brideau Energy has been our heating service provider since we moved to town twelve years ago. We've been on the annual budget plan, which reduces spikes in our heating bill in the wintertime. They are very attentive and respond quickly to questions and requests for help. When we installed propane heat in an outside building we never hesitated to call on Brideau to do the work. This is a great company to do business with!

With the below freezing temperatures we've been having these past few weeks I went through my oil a lot quicker than anticipated. I called the day after the New Year in a panic and as usual Brideau had someone to my home within 24 to 48 hours. No words can express how grateful I was to not have to weather the blizzard afraid we would run out of heat. Thank you for taking care of your customers! I've been a customer for 6 years now and have no complaints.

To anyone in the Fitchburg area looking for a new Oil company, let me tell you how AWESOME Brideau Oil has been for 8 years!! They are quick to respond, efficient, trustworthy, respectful, and appreciative of your business! It is a family business that takes very good care of its employees as well as customers. The one and only time I had an issue was with a particular service person that had a nasty attitude and was quite rude. I called Brideau to complain, as I had never experienced this type of behavior from ANYONE associated with their business. Well, not only did Customer Service (Pam) apologize profusely, but the owner himself, Mark *******, called me to listen to me and apologize for that employee's behavior. That employee was let go (I believe) shortly thereafter. Every single other experience with them ( and I have had half my system replaced by them, as well as annual cleanings and service/maintenance) has been nothing short of superior customer service. There is no question I would highly recommend them!!! Only leaving because I am moving out of state. FANTASTIC COMPANY!!!

We will never use anyone else!
We have used Brideau Oil going on 4 years now.
We bought our house and I met with a nice gentleman one on one in my home he walked me through every step and set me up with the budget plan! By far the best option and best budget plan I've ever had! This company is NOT about $$$ I feel like they want me to have the best possible price to keep my family warm in the winter! Where other companies charge you the "locked in" budget plan rate at Brideau oil if you have oil delivered and the current rate is less than your locked in rate they charge your account the lower price, but if it goes up you always have the piece of mind that you won't be paying anything more than the locked in rate! I always budget over what I know we will use, and that is only a win win when the contract comes for renewal because what we don't use we had payed for so it rolls over to the next contract 🤗
As long as I'm in the delivery area I will always use Brideau oil!
When we need help with the furnace they are always here in a very reasonable time frame and will always explain what's wrong. My husband likes to learn what he can and any service tech we've had has been more than happy to explain things to him!

I have used Brideau Energy for 15 years and two homes. I purchase their Gold Service Contract every year and am grateful for the peace of mind. The cost includes an annual burner cleaning, which we always take advantage of, and it makes most repairs and parts free to us. We had an incident in late falla few years ago where the heat stopped working in the early morning. A Brideau repairman was at our home within hours and quickly got us up and running again. The charge for this speedy repair? Nothing! It was completely covered by our service plan. The serviceman who performs the annual cleanings is always on time (or early!), friendly and polite, and always cleans up the area around the burner. We also purchase oil from Brideau and appreciate both the automatic delivery schedule and monthly payment plan. This "set it and forget it" model makes it super easy to be a Brideau customer!
