I stopped in here on my way to Sears because we were in the market for bedroom furniture. I was so surprised when we walked in, there was such a great selection. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly! We chose to take her furniture with us and while unpacking it at home we discovered the chest of drawers had a crack across the top that was obviously from shipping damage. I was concerned since we chose not to have it delivered hand to get home ourselves, but I called the manager the next morning. She had us bring it back and swap it out with a new one with no issues! They even unwrapped it so we could inspect it before we left . She understood things like that happen and that this was not our fault or because negligence on our part. I will definitely be a return customer! Thank you BT furnishings :-)

Fast service I was in and out in about 10 minutes. No trying to find a salesperson! I knew what I wanted and the salesperson help me find all my items. Quality seems to be good just purchased the items.

Pleasant shopping experience! No pressure or hassle, so we were able to find a sofa and love seat that has powered foot rest and headrest. We are very pleased with our purchase and love the new furniture. 😁
