I had flooring installed in my house June 2024. This past summer I noticed a gap in my kitchen floors about the length of a pencil, which started getting bigger over time. I was told Bucks County Carpet and Flooring will not cover the repair because there is no warranty on installation. Best they could do was put in a claim with the manufacturer which is Mohawk but I may or may not hear back from them. We had a great experience with Bucks County Carpet! We looked at a few other places but found them to be the best! It really helped having Garland come to our house with the samples we picked and doing the measurements. And the best part was they beat the price of any other place. Installation went smoothly and they did a great job.
