I was very happy with my new floors. I loved my wood floors so much I had to do my entire house.
I don't normally take the time out of my day to do this type of thing unless I had a really, REALLY awful experience. I had ordered and paid for carpet for two bedrooms. The first time they came out to install it, they drove right past my house and didn't even bother knocking on the door. I had to reschedule my appointment for later that week. They didn't cut the carpet right for one of the bedrooms, so they only got one room done. The installer re-measured and told his manager to order more carpet. 3 WEEKS LATER, and I stil... read more
We set a date for our carpet to be installed we did everything on there check list moving furniture an clearing the floors we have about 2.5 rooms of stuff like dressers an such we were scheduled for thurseday morning so i took off work i run my families business so it was hard to get off. but i did they came out thurseday morning walk in my house an looked around then went out side i hought that they were getting equipment or something but they left without saying anything to me i called the manager of teh installers he sai... read more
I rarely care enough to write reviews but I would hate someone going through what I just went through. From beginning to end there were misunderstandings and poor performance, such as being led by the salesman to believe the furniture would be moved when wood floors were installed. Sure enough two rooms worth of heavy furniture were moved into my game room but then I was informed that it wasn't their job to move it back after the installation! THIS STORE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THEY INITIALLY MEASURED MY HOUSE FOR NEW CARPET. WHEN THE INSTALLER SHOWED UP, HE DID NOT BRING ENOUGH CARPET WITH HIM. HE PUT CARPET EVERYWHERE EXCEPT MY BEDROOM. THIS CARPET WAS NOT A STOCK ITEM, SO I WAITED TWO WEEKS FOR THE REST TO COME IN. THE INSTALLER CAME OUT AND PUT THE CARPET DOWN IN MY ROOM. AFTER HE WAS DONE, I NOTICED THAT THE CARPET WAS NOT THE SAME COLOR AS THE REST OF THE HOUSE. IT CAME FROM A DIFFERENT LOT #. SO NOW I WAITED ANOTHER TWO WEEKS... read more
