We were looking for a specific product which they didn't carry but Larry helped us find a vendor which carries it and an approximate cost. Very helpful but shipping could be a cost factor. Great customer service.

Never do Business with this company! I ordered a bathroom vanity set from builder's just to wait 3 months and get the wrong stuff. After calling them and letting them know they said there was no returns on special orders and nothing they could do after I signed the contract. I worked with Stacy and she was not very kind or helpful with the situation she told her manager and he said he'd try to help sell them. After she had told me this I asked if her manager would call me and he never called. Now I'm stuck with 2400 dollars ... read more

Helpful staff to the max! I went in thinking I knew what I wanted to do. Changed my mind partway thru the process & no one batted an eye. Simply changed it, refunded, then charged me appropriately. Many thanks to Doug up front. And to the warehouse man who cut the wood. Was a Menards & Home Depot guy. Will be coming to Builders from now on.

Had a good experience, price of wood was a little bit more than home depot and menards but hands down the wood was better quality.
