Great company Contracted with Builders Custom Flooring to replace my bathroom floor. Due to medical issues I had to reschedule my start date 3 times and I paused the work when I was deciding what to do with an unexpected issue. Samantha was very considerate and willing to work with me on scheduling. Tim the installer did great work. He had to remove the old tile, pulled up some linoleum that was under the old tiles and removed a section of thin plywood on top of the subfloor. My vinyl flooring spotted and scratched after a year. Dan told me the company would pay half the cost to replace but would not return my calls or give me a price for the new floor. I don’t recommend as I found him untrustworthy.
Amazing flooring store in a beautiful and quaint downtown. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful, plus the owners are very involved in the local community! A win-win all around.
Our floor was installed 1 year ago today. We had one small issue last week, and they came out immediately and corrected it. We have loved the floor since day one....Very good workmanship and customer service.
Great company! Dan is very knowledgeable and helpful, I truly feel like he knows what he is talking about and cares about the integrity of my flooring.
