Great company Contracted with Builders Custom Flooring to replace my bathroom floor. Due to medical issues I had to reschedule my start date 3 times and I paused the work when I was deciding what to do with an unexpected issue. Samantha was very considerate and willing to work with me on scheduling. Tim the installer did great work. He had to remove the old tile, pulled up some linoleum that was under the old tiles and removed a section of thin plywood on top of the subfloor. As visitor to your country, this parking for 30 minutes when you are a CUSTOMER in your store is appalling! NEVER have I've been in any country where you have to have a stopwatch to shop. You fined us 100 pounds for 40 minutes. Your sign should have been at least more obvious. If I ever visit the U.K. again I will NEVER be a customer at any stores at your locations!
My vinyl flooring spotted and scratched after a year. Dan told me the company would pay half the cost to replace but would not return my calls or give me a price for the new floor. I don’t recommend as I found him untrustworthy.
Our floor was installed 1 year ago today. We had one small issue last week, and they came out immediately and corrected it. We have loved the floor since day one....Very good workmanship and customer service.
Amazing flooring store in a beautiful and quaint downtown. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful, plus the owners are very involved in the local community! A win-win all around.
