John was very helpful in guiding me to a product that has made a huge difference in keeping our vinyl flooring clean. With two young kids, our floors are constantly getting messy and due to the texture of our floors, it has been difficult to prevent stains and remove dirt residue. With the cleaner and protectants that John recommended, the floors have been looking like new and significantly cut down on the time it takes to clean.
We just worked with our salesman Mike Shauver and he was amazing! He listened to exactly what flooring I was looking for and gave me several options in types of flooring within my budget. He always had great communication throughout our whole process. Our installers were right on time for our scheduled install date and the floors looked beautiful. I couldn't be happier! Chad did a great job installing the carpet. There was an initial issue witht the transistions to our recently installed LVT and Chad went above and beyond to make the transitions perfect.
